Facility Membership

Facility Membership is for New York State licensed Article 28 facilities. The annual dues for facility membership are $750.

Facility Memberhsip

Associate Membership

Associate membership is reserved for a person or organization that works in the ambulatory surgery arena, but does not represent a specific facility. Examples include ASC consulting and/or management organizations. The annual dues for associate membership are $1,250.
